Losing the Sale

We bought a basic Samsung mobile phone as a temporary replacement and decided it might be good to have an extra battery, so we visited the service centre.

The phone cost HK$338, but the spare battery was priced at $250, almost 75% the price of the phone. Samsung probably does that on purpose so folks will just buy another phone, but it's shameless and of course we left empty-handed.

And this is why, when in the future we purchase a new TV, we'll be looking at Sony.
