Sometimes the local rag publishes stories that attempt to be sensational but fall flat, such as the article that claims Hong Kong's cocaine dealers are using a taxi drivers to deliver the dope via phone or text message.
Who cares? Buried in the story was a detail far more interesting, which is the lousy quality of the local cocaine supply, according to customers interviewed for the piece (one guy claimed the "charlie" put him in the hospital for two days). And yet they are still willing to pay HK$1,000 per gram (about US$128) for the high.
I can't decide who is more stupid: the guys using the bad coke, or the drivers risking jail time to deliver the garbage.
