Unlike IFC2, which has no dedicated observation deck, the International Commerce Centre will have one located on the 100th floor.
Opening near the end of 2010, it will offer a 360-degree panorama of Kowloon and Victoria Harbour. Four express lifts will shoot paying customers from the 2nd floor to the observation deck in one minute. You can be certain I will not visit on opening day, or even opening month, as hundreds of people will be there with cameras jammed against the glass trying to be the first to get a shot.
I'd rather wait until a massive typhoon makes a direct hit on the Big Lychee; the sway will be incredible.
