The Bus Could Swerve

In a stunning display of brain-dead reasoning, a woman threw five knives out the window of her 10th-floor flat because she was concerned her husband would use them to hurt their two children.

Not that he was planning to harm them; the couple had been fighting when the husband waved one of the knives at his wife 'to dissuade her from taking drugs'. Evidently he was spot on, because she clearly didn't care that those same knives might plunge into someone else's kid.

That's like pulling your kids out of the way of an oncoming bus but then grabbing some random children off the sidewalk and pushing them into the street.
