Apathy is a Virus

Hong Kong's MTR, in its infinite wisdom, has responded to the overblown H1N1 flu by—you guessed it—posting notices, making announcements, and showing video with the caution:

Please be aware of hygiene at this time [blah blah blah spit into a tissue blah blah blah] Don't spread germs

So ... after the scare is over everyone can go back to being unaware of, or rather, apathetic about hygiene?
