Weapons of Opportunity
It's comforting to know that in most respects Hong Kong is a safe city.
When people fight in public, most of the time the worst that happens is an exchange of bad language and finger pointing. But when things boil over, Hong Kongers will go for weapons of opportunity.
In a dim sum restaurant, that means dishes or chopsticks. Or pots of hot water, which is what a man and a woman decided to pour on each other during an argument. Nothing like a little scalding to drive your point home.
That's not quite what I meant when I talked about being willing to do the wet work.
