I Need a Voodoo Doll

Bought a Hong Kong-written program designed to help my wife quickly find the correct Chinese character for her documents as she doesn't know how to type Chinese with the keyboard.

The moment we tried to register the program it crashed. Tried again. Crashed again.

Uninstall, reinstall.

Tried once more to register the software, which then crashed a wholly unrelated program. Then it crashed Windows Explorer. The software is essentially useless, like the guy who wrote it.

I'd try to kill him, except someone else would probably die.
