The One-Eyed Demon

I don't watch television in Hong Kong, save Discovery or National Geographic (I never signed up for the Hitler History Channel because it seems just a bit obsessed with WWII).

While there have been occasions I've wished for additional programming, for the most part I've been happy to avoid the box.

And after a few days of exposure to the endless glut of advertising and shlock on TV here in Canada, my mind is grateful to have been spared it for the last 10 years.

Give me a book any day.
