How do you get rid of noisy pests?

Insecticide! It works great ... except if the pests in question are four elderly women playing mah jong. Then it just makes them sick.

Which is why a middle-aged idiot neighbour was arrested (one wonders if he appreciates the irony that the cops now consider him a pest).

Why did he do it? Because he was annoyed by the racket. But it wasn't as though the ladies were keeping him awake; they were playing in the early afternoon.

Poetic justice would be all four seniors visiting his holding cell and giving him what-for with a can of Raid.
