They Speak English in What?

I applaud Hong Kong-based web sites when they offer an English version; it's considerate and helpful.

The usual method is to place the linked abbreviation Eng in an upper corner.

And as much as I appreciate the effort, for some strange reason every time I see it the first thing that pops into my head is the voice of Jules from Pulp Fiction:

English, mother#^@%er, do you speak it?!

I have no idea why this happens.
