Rear-Enders Resolved

A claim that some taxi drivers are in fact Peeping Toms is what passes for hard-hitting investigative journalism in Hong Kong.

The telltale clue is a 2x4-inch mirror mounted by suction cup to the corner of the windshield, giving the driver a surreptitious view of female passengers from the chest down. Ladies wearing short skirts are prime candidates for ogling.

The reporters missed it, but I'd say a good chunk of tailgating accidents has just been explained.
