When you're a criminal moron who wants to rob a bank but guns are hard to come by in Hong Kong, what do you do?

Go for the old "flammable liquid" routine.

But after the genius splashed paint thinner on a bank employee and poured more over counters and the floor, his lighter failed to spark, so he took off.

My guess is he's not a smoker.
