Ambiguous Tag

Graffiti isn't a huge problem in Hong Kong, though I am starting to see more of it popping up in the New Territories.

But like many signs here, things go awry when someone uses his second language to spray-paint a slogan.

Consider this tag I spotted on an overpass support pillar:

Bombing Never Stop

Is that a lament, or a wish?
