Circle ... the Circle of Life

A test of a fish blast detection system has recorded eight underwater detonations between Tolo Channel and Tung Ping Chau within three months.

That means there are still plenty of idiots using dynamite to fish, but no one knows whether Hong Kong or mainland fishermen are the culprits. Or both.

Regardless, they're playing with fire, so to speak. How long before one of those twits mishandles the explosives and blows his own boat to smithereens?

And becomes fish food.
