Landed Like A Fish

Considering the numbers of jumpers in this town, an accident such as this was inevitable.

After an argument with her boyfriend, a woman attempted suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of her building. Leaping from the window for a stupid reason is nothing new, but being caught upside-down on a metal hook of a clothes rack is; the third-floor rack saved her life, but punctured a leg in the process.

Ouch.

The worst part was that while dangling, she fought with the firefighter who was trying to rescue her. In the end she was saved, despite her sincerest efforts to die.

With that attitude, one can be certain she learned her lesson, but it's not "suicide is never an answer" or "your life is worth saving".

For her it was "only jump from a building free of fixtures".
