Short-Sighted Signs

Signs have been popping up all over Highway 9.

They read:

ARRIVE ALIVE

NO SPEEDING

But the signs are only in English. Is the Transport Department implying that only those who know English have lead feet?

If so, to be fair it needs to put up Chinese-only placards that read:

ARRIVE INTACT

NO TAILGATING

Or it could just fix the other signs ...
