With Matching Flip-Flops?

When I first saw this anti-triad poster, my first thought was: triad involvement ends in having to wear a heinous shirt.

View large image The poster is old, however, so chances are that Hong Kong penal-wear has changed; I haven't visited a populated prison, so I have no idea. I couldn't find a better quality image anywhere, so I had to make do with a scanned version, but you'll see what I mean.

Call it the "Rebecca of Sunnybrook Correctional Facility" look.

Outfits like that makes those orange California prison jumpsuits look snappy by comparison.
