Hong Kong's latest sensational trial has begun, except this time, it's being held in the mainland.

Eight men are on trial in Shenzhen over the brutal murder of a Hong Kong millionaire businessman, shot in the head over breakfast four years ago at one of Hong Kong's most famous teahouses.

People are talking about this because it's not every day someone gets whacked in the Luk Yu Teahouse.

Given the motherland's method of administering the death penalty (if it comes to that) is a bullet to the back of the skull, one could say that karma is coming full circle.
