Hong Kong's Cantopop superstars are ready to do battle with music pirates.
How? By putting out a song called Power of Music encouraging people not to download.
Could they be any more transparent? We Are The World this ain't. IFPI Hong Kong claims piracy is responsible for annual revenue losses of more than $1 billion.
They ought to just call it We Want Your Cash.
The song is intended for playlists across Asia.
You can bet the industry won't be pressing any CD singles.
