Mid-Levels Mayhem

Thanks to a burst main, residents in Hong Kong's pricey Mid-Levels found they had no water in the morning.

The emergency paralysed them in seconds, causing many to arrive at work late, unshaven and smelling of the previous evening's shenanigans.

But how is that different from any other day?
