Hong Kong: 1920-1960

An exciting gallery has been added to Photo Albums.

Entitled 1920-1960; it's a collection of images sent by a kind Canadian gentleman named Graham Neathway*, who offered to share the photos he shot during his time in Hong Kong (1955-56). He also included a large group of images given to him by his friend Jamie Leys, many of which depict the city as it was in the 20's, 30's and 50's.

The photos are amazing; Hong Kong has undergone radical change in the last six decades, and yet some scenes are still familiar. Most striking is the utter lack of crowds.

Thank you very much, Graham, for this excellent gift.
