House hunting never gets boring in this town.

When the real estate agent arrived to pick us up, I couldn't help but notice the huge, puffy, pink feather boa lining the front dashboard, along with a facial tissue box with a Hello Kitty cover. The front seat belts also had Hello Kitty shoulder pads.

In the center of the dash was a two-inch high phone number constructed of brightly coloured translucent beads.

And the agent was male.

How do I know it was his car and not just one he borrowed? Because he also had a large tachometer mounted on the dash, even though the vehicle was an automatic.

Despite the adornments, the man was all business.

Only in Hong Kong ...
