Dear Any People

While browsing for rental properties online, I stumbled upon this review which had me in stitches, more for its vociferousness than the quality of its English (though the typical Hong Kong-style constructions and turns of phrase are comical as well):

Dear any People, This area No good. If you have not the car, cannot be moving. This Place have not supermarket,One small store.....etc No One can be living more than one year. The property sales always say alie. Please don't trust them. Walking the long road, can be saw one or two bus-stop. If you want to holiday go out. You muct be call by taxi. Remark : No Car,=> you feeling the legs will be broken. well........ Now you know that. That is TRUE. YOU CAN LOOKING AROUND THIS PLACE. NOT SUITABLE CHILDREN AND ADULT LIVING.

Without doubt, I've been duly warned.
