View large image If not caused by disrepair or poor maintenance, windows tumble because some Hong Kongers like to hang laundry from the frames. Our housing estate bans the practice, yet people do it anyway.

Such disregard for the safety of others is nothing new, but some people can't grasp the obvious: once a window is dislodged, there's no calling it back.
