Heads and Testicles

Sitting down for dinner at the Hoi Tin Harbour Restaurant (which was nowhere near a harbour), my wife and I surveyed the menu.

Included were such delights as:

· Dirty Chicken with Red Dates in Shun De style

· Boiled Fish Head with Chicken Testicle

· Baked Chicken Testicle with Port Wine

· Fried Swan Meat with Mixed Pepper

Were those not tempting enough, the "marinated" section offered the following, among others:

· Marinated Pig Ear

· Marinated Intestine

· Marinated Goose Head

What further proof do you need that the Cantonese will eat anything?
