Little Kitchen; Big Concept

When the food from a local restaurant arrived at our door, the delivery man took a moment to explain that everything had been packed in recycled, reusable plastic containers.

Colour me surprised.

The usual delivery method is in Styrofoam coupled with low-grade, disposable (read: non-biodegradable) plastic, so this restaurant has earned major brownie points for taking the initiative.

Kudos to 馬鞍山粥麵小廚 (Saddle Hill Congee & Noodle Little Kitchen).
