Dead or Alive

Broadcasts over the P.A. in KCR stations include this warning:

Passengers are not allowed to bring live animals, birds, poultry, or any kind of explosive, inflammable dangerous goods into KCR stations, or on board trains. Offenders will be prosecuted.

Does that mean it's okay to bring dead animals aboard?
