Class Vs. Crass

This year's Christmas tree in Central is a world apart from the 2003 monstrosity.

View large image It reminds me of the Swarovski tree in Festival Walk at Kowloon Tong, which itself is a retread from the previous year, though decorated in different colours and still classy.

Both trees are a huge departure from the ugly, cartoon-like tree in Sha Tin New Town Plaza.

I'd think districts take turns hosting hideous displays, but Sha Tin's tree is ugly every year.
