As part of National Day celebrations, the Hong Kong Jockey Club allowed more than 7,000 children to attend races at the Sha Tin racecourse.
Envisioning hordes of future addicts, anti-gambling groups slammed the Jockey Club for the open day, saying kids would "develop an unhealthy interest in gambling through the experience".
Before worrying about gambling addiction, the groups should work on breaking kids of making the peace sign whenever a camera is pointed at them.
