Decent Assault?

To help many Chinese women overcome their reluctance to report sexual assault, Hong Kong's bus companies have taped posters to the exit doors which read:

Don't Be A Silent Victim: Report Indecent Assault

While I'm in favour of the initiative, I question the need to sugar-coat the truth.

Is there such a thing as decent assault?
