Gunboat Patriotism

China's navy made a port call with eight vessels: two destroyers, four frigates and two submarines, to mark the 55th anniversary of the People's Liberation Army (PLA).

The ships will cruise through Victoria Harbour when they sail, giving Hong Kong Island and Kowloon an eyeful of China's sovereign might.
