Mobile Lifesaver

People that use mobile phones in the theatre are annoying.

People that use them while windsurfing are smart.

A windsurfer snapped his boom and was swept 10 kilometers out to sea. He entered mainland Chinese waters and had lost sight of land.

He had his phone in a waterproof bag. It took one hour for a combined search and rescue by Hong Kong Marine Police and the Guangdong Maritime Rescue Co-ordination Centre to locate him after he called for help.

Talk about a life preserver.
