Kowloon Crowded? Nooo ...

A Planning Department study called Kowloon Density Review says Kowloon is too crowded.

In 1996, 2.09 million lived there. In 2006 it will be about 2.48 million, and by 2011 it will be 2.58 million. The infrastructure is bursting at the seams.

I avoid Kowloon; it's frustrating to get things done when the sidewalks are choked with people.

That's why I like the New Territories; it has plenty of space.
