SARS: Let Them Eat Masks Cake

Taiwan's China Airlines has yanked hot meals on flights between Taiwan and Hong Kong after two of their flight attendants contracted SARS.

The company has decided to switch to sandwiches, cake, fruit and face masks (part of any good high-fibre diet!) in an effort to reduce human contact on board.

Were I a flight attendant on China Airlines, I'd be less concerned about catching a bug than say, working for an airline that nearly flew a plane into the side of a mountain, almost crashed one into a high-rise apartment, had a plane disintegrate at 35,000 feet ...
