An e-mail hoax circulated regarding limited edition masks by Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Taking their cue from the overwhelming demand, enterprising knock-off artists have cranked out fake designer masks.

They've proven to be big sellers among brand-crazy Hong Kongers.
