Little Chicken Eggs

When you visit Hong Kong, make sure you don't leave without having tried the famous gaai daan jai, or little chicken eggs.

View large image This tasty treat has a flavour similar to waffles, only in bite-sized pieces. They're light, airy and not too sweet.

And they beat the heck out of nasty, dried shredded squid.
