Tastes Like Velociraptors

One of the differences between Chinese and North American cuisine is presentation.

I've been told pigeon tastes like chicken, (is there anything that doesn't taste like chicken?), but I can't bring myself to eat it.

They look like barbequed baby velociraptors.
