Peace!

There's something odd about Asian females.

It's not particular to the Chinese, I've seen it with Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese and others.

A great percentage of young Asian women make the peace sign when posing for photographs.

Where did this come from? Are they aware of the gesture's significance? How did this cultural symbol from the 60s migrate into Oriental society and survive to this day?
