Hell-Hole
Our neighbours across the hall have moved out.
It looks like a Hell hole. Blame the lone bulb hanging from the wire. Workers are gutting the flat, and this is how they do it.
Step One: Rip out all fixtures, tiles, flooring, brick and everything else, right down to the concrete walls of the unit.
Step Two: Haul the crap downstairs for removal.
Step Three: Install new fixtures, tile, flooring, etc.
Step Four: Rent the flat to someone else.
The new tenants won't know the previous tenants kept their inner door open most of the time, which allowed rats to run in and out.
Unless I tell them.
