Twenty per cent of Hong Kong's teenaged females say they've experienced sexual harassment.

The most common methods of harassment are indecent exposure, voyeurism and requests for sex. Yet only about one-quarter said they'd resist or call for help, because they're afraid of what people will think of them.

Rape or indecent assault is estimated to occur once every seven hours, but many incidents aren't reported. The misconception is that harassed women wear indecent or revealing clothing, thus inviting abuse.

That's crap; the problem is the animals that can't keep their hands to themselves.
